Just pointing out that YES, THEY ARE WHISPERING. D:< Because it makes me want to smash things when people who are supposedly on stealth missions are just TOO COOL TO WHISPER and they carry on conversations in a normal voice while hiding, like, 9 feet away from the enemy. For once I want to see a show where someone gets caught because of doing that. >:|
Okay, let’s see what these new characters are up to!
“Rafi: >:C” — I am so with you on the whispering thing– it reminds me of the way, in lots of animes, two characters will be standing many many yards away from each other, and they carry on a conversation at normal volume and hear each other perfectly. I mean, I have trouble hearing people who are standing right beside me half the time, so… Anyways~ The new guys, who I can’t remember the names of (and I of course would not divulge if I did!), are hawt <3 8D Nini is adorable, too. I kinda want to cuddle him.
The fact that the exclamation mark is in its own little bubble reminds me of Metal Gear Solid’s “!” above the guards heads when they spot you. And Cyberil is right, “>:C” perfectly describes Rafi’s face in the last panel. Also, CEILING CATS.
It may also be worth mentioning that I really like Rafi’s horns in the last panel. From head-on you can’t tell that they’re curved like that <3
