They’re stalactites, since ‘tights’ hang downwards :p (as once said by my Chemistry teacher). The trickling water detail on a few of them was a nice touch.

Very nice beginning! Even without any dialog, it’s very easy to follow what’s happened here – this is *not* where she fell asleep last night.
